Russell Anthony "Tony" Swartz (24 September 1943 – 27 September 2016) was an American actor who was best known for playing the recurring character of Flight Sergeant Jolly in Battlestar Galactica 1978.

Swartz bore a strong physical resemblance to a younger version of Glen A. Larson, the creator and chief producer of the original Battlestar Galactica.
