Specialist Tarn was a crewmember of Battlestar Galactica, who survived the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. He took part in the expedition to Kobol, which was later attacked by Cylon forces. Tarn was onboard Raptor 1, which went down on the surface. When another crewman was in need of medicine, Tarn went back to recover supplies from the crash site but was killed by Centurions on the way back.
