When in captivity on new caprica a cylon asked her why the medical examination showed that all fingers were broken at the same location - as in someone tortured her or mistreatet her when young. It was her mother taking her hand and slamming a door onto as punishment for a bug prank. (source 3×17 Maelstrom)
Also the cylons removed probably at least one of hear ovaries (second incision when on the farm)
