Lieutenant Richard "Buster" Bayer was a Colonial Fleet officer who survived the Fall of the Twelve Colonies onboard the Battlestar Pegasus.

Biography

In the events leading up to the Battle of the Binary Star System, Bair was assigned to Raptor 718 out on a training exercise with another Raptor and were lured away by Cylon forces and killed, itself part of an attempt to drag colonial forces into an ambush.
