The Otarsis Quadrant is a region of space located between Carillon and Kobol, and was lightly occupied by the Cylon Empire which held an outpost on an asteroid there.
History[]
Following the Battle of Carillon, the Galactican fleet passed through this region in search of refuge. A Cylon base was detected from orbit by a recon patrol, having detected "crazy readings" and visually confirmed its nature.[1]
