New Cap City was an open world V-World game which could be played on holoband. It was a 1:1 scale recreation of Caprica City. New Cap City was regularly updated to conform with alterations to the city for better or for worse, including removing their recreation of Caprica City's public transport system after part was destroyed in a terrorist attack. There was no specific goal to New Cap City; its open world environment allowed the player to do anything from player-killing to robbing banks. The one rule however was that any players killed were to be permanently banned from the game.
