Nestor Willow was a Monotheist with ties to the Soldiers of the One. He lived outside Caprica City with his group marriage partners.[1]
Biography[]
Nestor was a member of Sister Clarice Willow's STO cell, which consisted of the entire group marriage. Having majored in computer sciences at a university, Nestor served their STO cell as a computers expert.[1]
In 1942, Clarice became obsessed with a student at her school, Zoe Graystone, who she saw as the messiah, sent by the One True God and instructed by Angels to create a computer program capable of digitally re-creating a subject's conscious mind - personality and memories - in the virtual environment. Clarice saw this as a means of proving Heaven to the Twelve Worlds as a means of converting new followers. After Zoe died in a terrorist attack committed by a rogue STO cell, Clarice committed the entire family's resources to finding a means to get her data.
Several months following the death, the family welcomed in Dr. Amanda Graystone, Zoe's mother, to the house as a guest, while ties to the GDD searched for a flash-drive containing this program, after the family obtained information through interrogation of rogue cell member, Lacy Rand. Alongside all this, Nestor planned out a massive STO attack on Atlas Arena, designed to kill thousands of people. Finding this program was absolutely necessary, as by having it installed onto the terrorists' holobands, the copies would be created to live out in Heaven. Though Nestor has little faith in Clarice's vision, he continued to plan it all out.
In the final days before the operation, information from an STO mole in GDD implicated Nestor's wife, Mar-Beth, in informing on them. Clarice stabbed her through the neck and killed her, leaving Nestor and Olaf to dismember the body and dump it 200 kilometers away. Following this, the two played on New Cap City where they encountered Zoe's own copy - Zoe-A - but failed to consider they were connected.[2] Soon after, Clarice tasked Nestor with repairing her own Holoband which appeared to be broken, but he found someone had switched it, implicating Amanda and revealing they had killed Mar-Beth for nothing. With the real Holoband containing sensitive STO data, Nestor began planning how to get it back with only a day left before the terror attacks.
Breaking into the Graystone residence, the three made sure to cut access to the outside grid and try to jam wireless and mobile access, though their robot butler Serge was briefly able to alert them. Breaking into a server room, Nestor used his expertise to release the locks to their safe room. Making it inside, they prepared to kill the Graystones, only for Nestor to be hit in the head by another robot controlled by Zoe-A.
