"Marine at Baltar's" was a Marine who was stationed on Galactica during or following the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. Following the implementation of Emergency Provision 17 he and his subordinate were stationed outside the headquarters of the Cult of Baltar where they were to prohibit crowds beyond 12 from forming. When Gaius Baltar attempted to enter, he was repeatedly beaten before being ordered to stand down by his superior upon the order's cancellation.
