The Imperious Leader was the head-of-state of the Cylon Empire following the Centurion overthrow of their creators. It was created after the Cylons' encounter with Count Iblis, with its voice programmed to match his own.[1] The Imperious Leader led the empire for over a thousand years, including the entire duration of the Thousand-Yahren War, until it was killed pursuing refugees in the Battle of Carillon. It was replaced with a newer model.[2]
