Armistice Station was a colonial space station used for diplomatic matters. Constructed after the Cylon War on the Colonial-Cylon border, it was agreed upon as a means for humans and Cylons to meet every year on the anniversary of the armistice. Though a human ambassador was sent every year, the Cylons consistently failed to send their own ambassador until the fortieth anniversary, at which point the Armistice Station was destroyed ahead of an all-out attack on the colonies.[1]
