Sergeant Donald "Chuckles" Perry, was a Galactica viper pilot, who participated in Galactica's raid on Cylon mining operation.

Biography

Donald Perry survived the Fall of the Twelve Colonies on board a civilian ship. When an accident killed thirteen pilots, Perry was headhunted for his limited flight experience. His class of eight were initially washed-out on their first day by Lieutenant Kara Thrace, but this decision was reversed soon after. Perry; Louanne Katraine and Brendan Costanza were picked as the first class to learn basic maneuvers. During the exercise, a squadron of Cylon Raiders jumped nearby. The session was cancelled and Perry and the others were ordered to return to Galactica. Soon after, he was passed and made an official Viper pilot, and was Cpt. Leland Adama's wingman while on CAP during an incident in which a Raider tried to ram Galactica's Observation deck. Days later, Chuckles was put on Cpt. Adama's squadron in an attack on a Cylon tyllium refinery, hiding within a cargo ship. He was killed by anti-air batteries defending the refinery.
