Cassiopeia was a Galactican socialator, or temple prostitute, who escaped the Twelve Colonies of Man after the Battle of Cimtar.
Biography[]
Little is known of Cassiopeia's past aside from her career, though it is known she was closely involved with Cain, the Commander of Pegasus.[1]
When the Cylons laid waste to Gemon two yahrens later, Cassiopeia fled on board the Gemini, having suffered a broken arm in the evacuation.[2] In the days after the attack, Cassiopeia was compelled to leave owing to her profession angering the Otori who lived on the ship. When a group of Warriors arrived from Galactica to evacuate the wounded to treatment, Cassiopeia was taken along despite the relatively minor injury and given a laser treatment by Dr. Paye. Rather than go back to Gemini, she requested Lt. Starbuck transfer her elsewhere.[2]
