The Boray were a humanoid species likely native to Sectar. They lived in small tribes of subsistence farmers generally away from land populated by Galactican settlers. One tribe under the leadership of Nogow, however, took to pillaging, and repeatedly attacked the small town of Serenity to get enough food to eat without labour. These attacks ended when Lieutenant Starbuck of the battlestar Galactica was able to negotiate with Nogow to end the attacks in exchange for crops and the title of Constable.[1]
