Boötes was a citizen of the planet, Equellus. He was the brother of Vela. He lived for nine years under the rule of Lacerta, and lost most of his Ovine herd to exceedingly high tributes in exchange for not being killed. After being forced to give over half in one night, Boötes confronted Lacerta, but was killed by his Cylon servant, Red Eye.[1]
