- This is the comic adaptation of the Battlestar Galactica TV series episode "Lost Planet of the Gods Part 2".
- Dr. Salik is called Dr. Spang in this version.
- Serina and Starbuck do not arue about which one of them is Apollo's wingman, because Colonel Tigh states that there are three of them scheduled to launch. However, Starbuck still launches his Viper before the other two can even board theirs.
- Starbuck has marked how many Cylon Raiders he's destroyed on the side of his Viper.
- It is explained that the two Centurions that attack the Colonials on Kobol (one of whom shoots Serina) were the ones that brought Starback there after his imprisonment on the Basestar.
