Sire Anton was a Galactican politician who was a well known figure before the Battle of Cimtar.
Biography[]
Sire Anton was an old-line politico from the planet Scorpio who had served as an aide-de-camp to President Adar on the Atlantia. When the Cylons destroyed his colony, Anton managed to escape onto the Galactica and became a councillor in the temporary assemblage that would govern until a proper Quorum could be elected.[1]

- The novelization of "Saga of a Star World" written in partnership by Glen A. Larson and Robert Thurston, reveals that Anton was originally from the planet Scorpio, one of the twelve colony planets.
